Carla works for and knowingly enables Kevin Seabolt CPA. Kevin was my accountant and representative with the IRS and his errors and lies got me me millions in fines and penalties. Carla was the CPA who performed much of (or all of the work) on my returns. Kevin was the owner of the former accounting firm "Seabolt and Vincent LP" in Scottsdale AZ. (out of business, YOUR WELCOME!).
I sued him for dishonesty and incompetence and his MP carrier settled for his policy limit of $500,000 and Kevin had to pay 6 figures more!! They did not do this because they are generous. They knew that a trial would have been worse.
Seabolt lied to the IRS and to me and it caused great harm.
I refused to sign a NDA because you deserve a fair warning.

It appears in public records that Kevin is being sued by multiple other plaintiffs who appear to have been his unfortunate victims. He is being sued for Breach of contract, malpractice, fraud, and violations of state Business and professional codes. Case 24CV06386 in the California superior court of Santa Barbara county. The case looks shockingly similar to my own, settled for his entire malpractice premium and an additional six, figures from his now defunct accounting practice, Seabolt and Vincent LLP. The new plaintiffs allege he lied about filing tax returns that he failed to file, and made additional false representations to them. The plaintiffs now face millions of dollars in IRS penalties. It appears they learned of problems when they received a notice of deficiency from the IRS. As in my case they report that much of their work was done by Carla Savoca CPA. Carla is aware of my case vs Seabolt. She now practices out of Florida.
My legal defense of my IRS cases, caused by the teamwork of Carla and Kevin, came to well far over $400,000. Most people would not have been able to find a solution (& afford the CPA experts and legal help) with the IRS for the incompetent and dishonest things done by Seabolt and Vincent, where Carla personally worked on my tax returns. She continues to do peoples taxes with Mr. Seabolt.
Carla pretends to not know about the dishonesty and the incompetency, but she is aware and complicit. I h
